Crafts with Seniors at San Carlos Elms
We had ~7 families join to create watercolor art with seniors and gifted them to residents at The Elms

MLK Day of Service with Week of the Family
We had 25 families join us to create Caring Cards, decorate Care bags, and fill them with easy meals for families with critically ill children. The bags will be distributed to families through There With Care.

In collaboration with OFJCC's Center for Social Impact, we helped coordinate a Preschool families event to make a hearty soup, cornbread, and fruit salad for homeless community members served at Project WeHope in East Palo Alto

Created pumpkin themed crafts with Seniors in Assisted Living and sang a few songs for seniors in Memory Care

School Supplies Drive with Ravenswood Education Foundation
Collected binders, notebooks, markers, pencils, composition books, tissue boxes, etc to donate to teachers at the Belle Haven School in East Menlo Park

Cards and School Supplies with There With Care
We decorated cards and collected school supplies for kids in partnership with There With Care, which helps local families with support and services during a medical crisis.
Many thanks to everyone who donated to help support families in crisis feel more prepared for their kids to start school.

We organized 3 service projects with San Carlos Week of the Family at Arbor Bay School in San Carlos:
10a-12p: Paint and plant pots for seniors
10a-12p: Diaper and Clothing Drive
3:30p - 5p: Preparing Bag Lunches and toiletry bags for Homeless Community Members (In collaboration with LifeMoves)
Nov / Dec 2018 Events:
November 28th - Dec 7th: Holiday Wish Drive with Family Giving Tree
Thanks to everyone who participated - we were able to fulfill all items on our list for local kids and adults!
December 9th 5-7p: Cooked and shared a meal with community members at a Rotating Shelter at Congregation Beth Jacob in Redwood City.
Part of the group prepped and cooked dinner and another group was with younger kids setting table and making a welcome sign art project
